Founder - David Ho
David served as Legal Director of Alibaba Group responsible for the Alibaba's International Dispute Resolution and Platform Governance (IP) Legal functions. Highlights of his experience include the successful USD 250 million securities class action settlement, design and build up of e-discovery and data disclosure workflow, and the landmark settlement and subsequent collaboration between Alibaba and the Kering Group. On top of his dispute resolution expertise, David is also a data privacy and contentious intellectual property specialist who led the platform governance and IP compliance legal functions for Alibaba.
